Hey Beauties,
You've seen it all over your feed: skin so dewy like a glazed donut. It's pretty. It's also usually achieved with a shelf of products you'd never want to read the back of.
So here's our version. Same glow, but cleaner ingredients.
Use a gentle, fragrance-free cleanser. You want skin that's calm, not stripped.
Glazed skin starts with a happy barrier. I also love to double cleanse with an
oil cleanser first and then a cream cleanser.
Press in a hydrating mist or essence while your skin is still slightly damp.
Hydration is the base coat of the glaze.
This is where our oils come in. Press two or three drops of your favourite
oil-based serum into your skin; don't rub. I love the Wildling Empress Oil
Actives are great but less is more. I love the Nubeean Noosa Sensitive 10%
Vitamin C serum (coming to our shop very soon)
Press into your skin. For added hydration you can add your
hydration spray between the layers.
Finish with a nourishing moisturiser like the Wilding Collagen
Moonbounce Moisturiser (add this to your routine by purchasing The Beauty Drop 01)
Then, if you want the full glaze, pat a tiny drop of
facial oil onto the high points: cheekbones, brow bone, the bridge of your nose.
Choose a mineral sunscreen with zinc oxide. Glazed skin is protected skin.
Enjoy your donut glaze,
Shay x
