For thirteen years I've been quietly obsessed with what goes in and on my body. It started with food. Then it was the cleaning cupboard. Then one night I turned over a moisturiser I'd used for years and couldn't pronounce half of it.

That was the start of the rabbit hole. Ingredient apps, conflicting blogs, forty open tabs, a camera roll full of screenshots. The clean products I did find were hidden on the bottom shelf of a health food store, or wrapped in packaging that felt like Kraft paper. I love beauty. I love the ritual, the glossy packaging, the thrill of a new find. And I really love the experience opening a beautiful delivery for myself. I didn't want to give that up, but I also didn't want to give up the value I place on my body and my health.

So,  I built Beauty Originals. It's the place I always wished existed. Every product is checked against our No List and our continuously updated research, before it reaches you. It's pretty enough to leave on the bench, and it's fun. Girls, beauty is meant to be fun.

I've built businesses before, but this one feels different. This one is deeply personal. It's my legacy for the girlies who deserve to be able to enjoy beauty products while not compromising their health.
